At Fundamentals of Pilates you will receive personalized instruction in body movement, strength training and recovery. Small group or individual guidance, as well as accessibility, and in particular affordability, are two things that I feel passionate about in the world of wellness. I felt called to provide a safe space that assured Pilates, wellness, nutrition and self care are for EVERYONE. The small classes allow for all paces and attention to individual needs, and the use of apparatus of all kinds are utilized. We celebrate real people and real bodies!

Pilates is a sequence of movements that creates stability, lengthens and strengthens ALL the muscles of your body and can help teach your body to better flow through your day-to-day life.
Life can keep our bodies from using specific muscle groups: we're sitting too long, standing with a lean, dealing with injuries or surgeries, etc. Pilates movements are modified to help strengthen weak muscle groups, while lengthening and maintaining a balance of opposites.

This class is designed to go through your breath work, body movements and my teaching style. This may be a large group setting scheduled twice per week at different accommodating times. You may take a Private Class to skip orientation.
Includes mat, Cadillac, Wunda, Ladder Barell and props. All class levels welcome. Small class for individually tailored instruction.
